Terms of Service

These terms and conditions express the entirety of the parties' obligations. As such, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation. The seller and the buyer agree that these terms and conditions exclusively govern their relationship. The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time. They will apply as soon as they are published online.

These terms and conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered on the Site.

1. Content

Airtex does its best to keep the information presented on the site up to date. However, errors may occur on the Site. As such, the information published on this site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Product dimensions and volumes are given as approximations. Likewise, we cannot guarantee that the color of a product on your screen will exactly match the color of the product upon delivery.

2. Price

The price of invoiced products is the one displayed on the Site at the time of order confirmation. This price will be confirmed in the order confirmation email.

All prices are in euros, VAT included, and exclusive of shipping charges.

3. Sales agreement

The sale is only finalized once the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Our products are offered subject to available stock. You will be informed as soon as possible in case of unavailability.

Payment is secure and handled through our payment provider, Stripe. Airtex reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. A refusal may notably be issued in the following cases:
– if the product is unavailable;
– if your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
– if our security systems flag your order as unusual or potentially fraudulent;
– if your payment is not received or is declined by our payment provider;
– if we have reason to believe you are under 18 years of age;
– if we have reason to believe you are a reseller;
– in the event of an error in the displayed price;
– if we are unable to deliver to the address you have provided.

4. Delivery

We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within the stated timeframe. All goods are shipped from Airtex's warehouses. If your order is not delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

Shipping is free on orders over €60 within France.

5. Right of withdrawal

Airtex aims to guarantee the satisfaction of all our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items ordered within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted provided the products have not been used, are complete (original label, accessories, warranty), and are in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the event of withdrawal.

If these conditions are not met, returned products will not be refunded.

To return a product, please contact us by email specifying the reasons for the return, the product invoice, and the order number.

6. Defective products

Upon delivery, please check that the products ordered conform to your order. In the event of any problem related to delivery or the products received, you must report it by email, indicating the nature of the damage or error, as soon as possible.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error, all costs related to returning the products will be borne by Airtex.

7. Warranty

Airtex strives to design products that meet the strictest standards. In the event of a defect found on an Airtex product, the customer benefits from the warranties provided by law, as well as, where applicable, the Airtex commercial warranty described below.

Legal warranty

Products sold by Airtex benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for by articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Under these legal warranties, the customer may request the repair or replacement of the product concerned in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Airtex commercial warranty

In addition to the legal warranties, Airtex applies a commercial warranty exclusively covering the replacement of wheels, the pull handle, and carry handles found to be defective by Airtex under normal use of the product.

This commercial warranty does not cover:
– normal wear and tear;
– damage caused by misuse, impact, overloading, unsuitable transport, or modification of the product;
– cosmetic defects that do not affect the product's use.

Shipping costs for replacement parts, even when covered by the commercial warranty, remain the customer's responsibility.
